COS is one of the rare brands that make grown-up clothes for the modern woman that won’t break your bank. It’s become one of the first places I check when I’m looking for something, whether it’s a slouchy chocolate brown suit, a chunky cashmere turtleneck, or a sleek and chic dress. Their fall collection this year is one of the best – and I’m excited to share my edits with you!
This season, COS has really stepped up their statement knitwear. My favorite is this greige paneled sweater with fringe on the sleeves. There’s just so much texture and visual interest. It’s the kind of piece that’s an instant outfit-maker. This chocolate brown open-weave sweater is perfect for layering. Speaking of chocolate brown, this cable-knit turtleneck is delicious.
Their Pure Cashmere line is also extremely luxurious, and I’ve been eyeing the chunky turtleneck sweater. The slimmer classic turtleneck would be perfect for layering all season long, too. It’s blazer mania right now but I love the knitted wool blazer, which feels a little easier than some of their more oversized pieces.
A matching set is a secret weapon in the closet, and there are some very versatile ones this fall. This burgundy knit set has a crewneck sweater and knit pants, which you can wear with sneakers or kitten heels. I’m also getting in on the skirt trend with this gorgeous A-line skirt and matching sweater. Just throw on these western-inspired boots for a ready to go outfit.
Don’t sleep on their outerwear! There are tons of lush, cozy coats that look far more expensive than the price tag. In winter, the coat is the whole outfit so you might as well have a good one. A black quilted jacket will make running errands infinitely more stylish. This deep ochre wool coat is a perfect jacket that will go with everything, and I also love the shape with this subtle floral pattern.
