Leopard print is glamorous, elegant, and chic all at the same time. At this point in our collective fashion conscious, it’s even a neutral. The animal print might be timeless, but that doesn’t mean your closet couldn’t use a refresh. From statement-making coats to heeled booties to a pop of print with your bag, our leopard print edit looks good no matter how you want to wear it.
Let’s start with our feet: a new pair of fall shoes. These Kate Spade flats are a combination of a bunch of cute shoes: pointed toe, slip-on mules, the Mary Jane strap. They would look equally cute with cigarette pants, cropped jeans, or even a midi skirt. Swedish brand Hasbeens has a leopard-print pair of calf hair clogs, which are the season’s trendiest shoe. It also comes in a new bootie for fall. Slip into a chic little pair of ballet mules from Loeffler Randall. I’ve always had a soft spot for Golden Goose, and these sneakers are classic Golden Goose.
Boden has a pair of all-weather Wellington boots with a low ankle and neon trim that add a little bit of fun. They have pointy-toed ballerina flats, too. If you don’t have a classic pair of pumps, J.Crew has you covered. I’m obsessed with this waxed canvas coat, too.
You don’t have to keep leopard print confined to your feet, though. There are plenty of great pieces that make even more of a statement. Like this R13 shredded seam robe, that would look great with jeans and your favorite white t-shirt. This psychedelic midi skirt from Aqua is an update on the standard, and this Banana Republic maxi dress is easy to style with tons of impact.
Speaking of impact, leopard packs just as big of a punch in a little package. Whether it’s socks, a quilted bag, or a tote bag.
