Groove Approved: What We Loved In February

Winter this year has been long, cold, and never-ending. That’s why layering in a few new pieces that feel lighter and brighter can make such a difference. From silky track pants to colored button downs, shop our favorite February wardrobe MVPs now.

It’s still cold out there, but most of the pieces I’ve bought recently will work just as well when the weather finally turns. I’ve been living in these La Ligne silk pants, which feel like pajamas but look a lot fancier. I also love Donni’s track pant version, in a rich olive and black. Right now, I’m wearing them with this extra-cozy White and Warren cashmere sweater. I love the sporty stripe detail, too. Later, I’ll wear with a crisp button down and beautiful sandals.

I can’t stop wearing sneaker mules! It feels like the freshest shoe we’ve had in a while, and they look just as good barefoot as with a pair of scrunched down socks. This navy-and-white pair from Vince is a little more interesting than the standard black. Everyone remembers the boat shoe craze from last year, but I like Tory Burch’s sleeker, more formal take on it. It feels more mature than the Miu Miu shoe that kicked off the craze.

During this prt of the year, before the spring sunshine comes out, is a perfect time for hibernating. With lots of quiet nights in, my skincare routine has been taken to the next level. I invested in a red light LED mask from Currentbody after hearing friends rave about it, and I always notice a difference in my skin when I use it regularly!

Wendy shares stories from building her career in Hollywood, championing projects no one believed in at first, and navigating success in a male-dominated industry without losing her authenticity. In this episode, we talk about intuition, resilience, confidence, creative longevity, and what happens when you stop waiting for permission to trust yourself.
