Oh, and they’re shiny! French brand Larroude also makes an incredible version, albeit at a higher price point. I love the slightly rounder toe reminiscent of your old ballet slippers. If you want something a little less showy, then this pair of leather Veronica Beard shoes or these Le Monde Beryl shoes get the job too, with a slightly thicker strap.
But not everyone is into minimalism. Some of us, myself included this year, are interested in something on the flashier side. In fact, you can count on J.Crew for a few different fun variations on the season’s biggest trends. Look at the crisscross straps on these leopard-print flats! In fact, texture is a great way to make your shoes feel extra special. These espresso colored crocodile embossed Emma Parsons shoes are stunning, and will only look better with age.
