The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2021 is here, which means it’s time to get shopping. It’s a perfect time to stock up on transitional pieces and fashion for fall. This year, we talked to stylist and former Nordstrom buyer Susie Wright to get the inside scoop on the best buys. She’s excited about denim, sweaters, coats, beauty, and home (who wouldn’t be?). But, there’s so much more to shop in shoes, jewelry, and bags.
Tackling the sale by category is a great way to deal with a potentially overwhelming about of stuff on sale. Let’s start with some fall basics!

It’s time for a little wardrobe update, and basics like coats, jeans, and even a statement shirt are the building blocks. Stay nice and warm with a tan trench coat, a sophisticated peaked label coat, or a cool leather jacket. On the more practical side, a sleek thermal parka.
Jeans
You can’t go wrong with a new pair of bootcut jeans, and I love a classic pair of Levi 501s. Looking for something more relaxed? Frame’s Le Sylvie Crop or these Rag & Bone boyfriend jeans.
Beauty
If you have favorite brands, now is the perfect time to scoop up sets featuring their best products at a much better price.
