Swarovski is having a bit of a moment right now. Ever since Instagram fashionista Giovanni Engelbert took over as creative director, the brand’s new collections feel instantly fun and relevant. The bright, candy-colored pieces are easy to wear with a t-shirt or a gown, come in a delicious array of colors, and give you a major look at a friendlier price point than fine jewelry. We can’t wait to see what they do next.
The piece that kicked off my Swarovski obsession is this TOVA Oakland crystal tennis necklace. I can’t think of a more fun necklace than rainbow crystals, and it’s perfect to throw on with my usual jeans and necklaces for a pop of color. The necklace also comes in an all-pink version and a mixture of clear and opaque crystals, if that’s more your color palette.
I think the cocktail rings, as shown in the header image, are some of the most-showstopping pieces in the whole collection. The Lucent cocktail ring looks like something out of Dynasty, and I mean that in the chicest way. A deep teal, glowing amber, or sparkling pink version would be perfect for any black-tie weddings you have coming up in the second half of summer.
For a slightly lower-key look, I love the peridot green color of this Millenia ring, with mismatched sized stones for a personal toi et moi ring that’s throughly modern. The Dulcis Cocktail rem is a delight in textures, from the cushiony, pillowy setting to the sparkling cut crystal.
Are you a major earring person? Do you like a chunkier hoop? The Lucent Hoop earrings are a gorgeous statement with rectangular shaped hoops, and I’m partial to them in a glittering sky blue. These drop earrings are a daintier statement, with its pastel stones in different cuts. And for a more everyday look, the magnetic ear cuff is a sleeker vibe.
