The Mel sneaker was designed with high-impact workouts in mind. Denise wears them when she’s power-walking everyday, but they would be great for more cardio-focused classes too! Denise prefers walking, which is her favorite exercise. Especially on Sundays, when she uses it to “walk and talk” and catch up with her girlfriends.

The Jordyn sneaker is all about the low-impact workouts, like anything focused on toning.
