What I’m Loving For December

Let's keep it safe, festive, and cozy.

What I’m Loving For December

We made it to the end of the year. Let’s finish 2020 strong, shall we? Let’s keep it safe and comfy, but still let ourselves feel festive. While I’m not going to any big holiday parties this year, or any at all really, I can still dress up for myself. So without further ado, here are the eight things I’m loving this December.

Glitter: Nothing says the holidays like sparkle, and this sparkle duster is the perfect piece for an at-home celebration. It’s still super comfortable, and can be dressed up or down but absolutely brings the glam. Anthro’s multi-colored sparkler is great, too. And this sequined sweatshirt will last long past New Years.

Velvet: It’s such a perfect fabric for this time of year, because it’s warm, and luxe, and comes in such gorgeous jewel tones. I love this loose, swing-y top that would look great with a pair of black cropped pants. This pink, romantic top, too. This pair of velvet palazzo pants elevate lounging.

Bling: More is more, when it comes to holiday accessorizing. Time to stack up mini diamond baguette bands, pop on a pre-stacked silver and gold grouping, or a statement cocktail ring .

Faux Fur Coat: Coats are an easy way to make an outfit memorable, especially with a statement number like this check coat, this camo coat, or this white shearling coat.

Anything with my name on it: I’m all about a personalized moment. Top of my list? This monogrammed cashmere sweater from Ralph Lauren. Or maybe these hand-painted, personalized ballet flats from Margaux.

Oversized scarf: the bigger, the better. Time to cozy up with oversized pieces like this hot pink fringed scarf. A little too loud for you? This oatmeal-colored Cuyana piece can be a blanket or an ambitious scarf. Or this color-blocked scarf.

Slippers: keep those toes warm with a fluffy pair of slippers, like this sherpa pair. This elegant

PJS: because let’s be honest, the best part of the holidays is the amount of time you spend in pjs with the people you love the most. Look good while you’re doing it in this heart print set. Or this vintage-inspired pair.
