More Is More: How To Stack Necklaces All Summer Long

The only accessory you need.

More Is More: How To Stack Necklaces All Summer Long

When it’s hot out, there’s only so much you can do with your clothes. The easiest way to make an outfit feel special? A necklace stack.  I’m talking about tons of gold, camp friendship necklace style beading, and all of the colors of the rainbow. Finally, a time when more really is more.

The key to a summery stack? Different textures! Roxanne Assoulin’s candy-colored, crystal tennis necklace has been on my neck all season. The colors go with just about any outfit you’re wearing. There’s something so fun and princess-y about it, and I love jewelry with a sense of humor. Elizabeth Cole’s rainbow necklace even comes with your own charms How about an all-pink tennis necklace worthy of Elle Woods?  This Amazon gemstone beaded necklace has a more boho bent to it.

You can’t stack without gold, and the more the better. I start with something chunky and substantial, like this Steel Nation cuban chain. This Brinker and Eliza chain is a different style of link, something that reminds me of a puzzle piece or a watch band. A rope chain duo from Roxanne Assoulin adds some heft in a lower profile way.

Something a little lighter and delicate finishes it off. An initial necklace offers some personalization, and I love this little circle link charmed necklace from Mejuri. I believe in the power of jewelry as an amulet, and this hamsa charm will protect you from any evil lurking around the corner.

If you’re not in the mood to keep it easy, this Lizzie Fortunate necklace is a 3 for 1 dotted with turquoise beads, freshwater pearls, and even some garnet and opals.
