I have to say…Reformation is having a moment. Before you roll your eyes because every model on their website looks like she’s 22, hear me out. I’ll admit, for a long time I assumed Reformation wasn’t for me. The styling feels very young, and at first glance it’s easy to think, “There’s nothing here for me.” But once I started looking beyond the marketing, I realized I was missing out on some really great pieces.
The truth is, Reformation has so much more than trendy dresses for twenty-somethings. They have beautifully tailored basics, chic denim, timeless dresses, elevated separates, and those effortless pieces that make getting dressed so much easier. What I love most is that the collections feel modern without trying too hard. The quality is excellent, the fabrics feel beautiful, and while they’re certainly an investment, I think the price point is very reasonable for what you’re getting.
The trick is to look beyond the styling and imagine the piece in your wardrobe. That’s exactly what I did, and I ended up finding so many things I love. One piece of advice that has served me well over the years: don’t shop the model…shop the piece. It’s amazing how differently you’ll see a collection when you picture it with your own style instead of someone else’s.
