As editors at Get In The Groove, we see a lot of products during the day. Truly fabulous things that we bookmark and tuck away for Black Friday or gift giving season. Luckily for us, gift giving is right around the corner! So we’re unleashing our annual Editors gift guide, which is packed with luxe cashmere, sparkly diamonds, and pretty objects. They might not always be practical, but they’ll definitely be beautiful.
We’ll start with our closets and jewelry boxes. I think of gifts as an opportunity to get a slightly more elevated version of favorites, like this gorgeous cashmere polo-sweater from Extreme Cashmere, this extra-cozy turtleneck sweater from cool girl brand Raey, or this extra-large J.Crew cashmere wrap to swath myself in. A statement coat will keep you warm long after the last present is opened, like this very elegant fleece jacket from Tory Burch or Toteme’s padded jacket with a built in scarf, which can even make your coffee run look chic.
When it comes to jewelry, you can never really go wrong. But you can go especially right with an Ariel Gordon gold monogram pendant, these gold-and-crystal geometric hoops from Completedworks, or a modern (but affordable!) take on tennis necklace with simulated diamonds.
My problem with buying up home decor didn’t stop when I left One Kings Lane. Luckily, the other editors love home stuff as much as I do. I’ve had my eye on these tall gorgeous gold candleholders from Goop, which is like jewelry for your dining room table. Crate and Barrel’s ophelia vases are perfect to buy a couple of, and Loewe’s signature mohair blankets are seriously stylish. Jenni Kayne also makes a beautiful oatmeal colored throw. A new cookware set from Staub in a deep, glossy navy looks just as pretty sitting on your stovetop as it does holding your Sunday roast chicken.
