You know that feeling when you find something new and you can’t wait to tell all your friends about I? That’s how I felt when I stumbled across the brand Johnny Was when I was shopping at Saks. Johnny Was makes feminine, fun pieces in bright colors that are perfect for whatever’s next on your social calendar. From the perfect floaty dresses to statement tops, they have something for everyone.
In the header photo, I’m wearing the Foxglove silk maxi-dress. The ombre’d pink dress is absolutely delightful, and the tiered silhouette is super comfortable. I’ve been wearing mine with sandals, but it would work just as well with an espadrille!
There are plenty of fantastic dress options, like this Ikat Bloom tiered dress. This is the kind of dress you can easily wear through the fall, swapping out sandals for ballet flats or your favorite boots. I’m always drawn to blue, and this deep cobalt cotton dress is the perfect dress for when it’s too hot outside to let any fabric touch your body.
On the more casual side of things, this Tango t-shirt dress is made for a trusty pair of white summer sneakers. It’s not just dresses!
