One of my favorite things about the In The Groove community is sharing new brands created for women like us. Lilla P is one of those brands! The company started with just one perfect t-shirt, then expanded their attention to detail and perfect fits into a collection of elevated essentials that work year after year. I put together an edit of my favorite pieces from their newest collection to show you exactly how I’ll be wearing them.
In the header photo, I’m wearing my new uniform for walking Ruby every morning. This cute reversible puffer vest in camel layered over this all-white sweatsuit is extra stylish. I especially love the large collar on the half-zip sweatshirt! When it gets a little chillier, I’ll be throwing on the matching puffer scarf for an extra layer.
I’ve worn my linen pants threadbare all summer long and I’m ready for something more substantial. I’m talking about the perfect pair of pleated trousers for fall. But instead of the expected khaki, I’m going for an olive green or an ashy black.
I’ve got sweaters on the brain, but we need something a little bit lighter in LA right now. Lilla P’s pocket cardigan sweater is light and breezy, with fun color blocking that makes a statement. Whether you pick cobalt blue and black or peach and gray, you’ll look fantastic. A short sleeved sweater with a fun, frilly collar is also a perfect transitional piece. And when it finally gets cold, I’ll be wearing this cornflower blue cable-knit sweater on repeat.
One of my favorite things about Lilla P are their incredible t-shirts. It all starts with the material, which is super-super soft like your already worn-in favorites. Another thoughtful detail? Their Elbow Sleeve shirt, which is somewhere in between short and long sleeve and perfect for someone who doesn’t love showing a ton of upper arm. It comes in black and white!
