Something’s in the air this spring, and I’m not just talking about pollen. It seems like we’re finally shaking off the last of our COVID sweatsuits and making plans again. From bridal showers to country clubs to vacations, we’re taking the time to get dressed up and go out again. It feels good to put on a pretty dress with fun shoes! Our wardrobes could use a bit of a step up with reliable, versatile pieces like shirt dresses, heeled sandals, chic accessories, and statement jewelry.
Shirtdress
I love a good shirtdress. It’s one of my favorite pieces in my closet. You can keep it crisp and modern, like in this strong-sleeved white CO midi dress. Or maybe you want something a little more retro, with a beautiful belt and flared skirt? Blazers
A blazer can pull together an outfit, but sometimes it just keeps you warm during a spring chill. Everlane’s 80s Blazer is oversized and roomy.
