White, ecru, cream, bone – whatever shade you like the most, there’s no denying there’s something special and spring-y about white jeans. They feels especially crisp when you pair them with a striped shirt, or your favorite colored cashmere sweater. I have mine on heavy rotation with a navy Quince sweater, gold jewelry, and my favorite ballet flats. Shop our edit below, and find your new favorites.
How do you like your jeans this season? A wider leg is back, whether that means you go for it in a wide-leg or dip a toe into the trend with a bootcut or mini flare. J.Crew’s wide-leg pair gives you enough polish that it feels more like a trouser, perfect to wear with a navy blazer. I love Mother Denim’s 70-inspired Hustler Roller jeans or Paige’s extra-wide Leelah jeans which are my go-to for dressing up with a pair of heels and a fun colored top.
For something a little less 70s, there are plenty of straight-cut options that bring more of a 90s vintage vibe. These high-waisted pants from AGOLDE (which are especially good if you’re tall!) are cinched at the waist and skim the leg. J.Crew’s 90’s classic fit jean, yes that’s what it’s actually called, is a perfect throw on-and-go pant that will look good with just about any of your shirts.
One of the best silhouettes for white denim, at least in my opinion, is with a cropped pair! You don’t have to worry about dirty hems, and all the better for showing off new sandals. The Hustler is one of Mother’s most popular jeans, and I love this cropped, frayed hem version that has beachy appeal. 7 For All Mankind’s cropped mini flare feels easy to dress up or down, depending on your activities for the day.
