Everlane is one of our favorite places to go for stylish, elevated basics at affordable prices. That means you can stock up on t-shirts, a favorite pair of jeans, or even cashmere sweaters without feeling guilty about it. So, what’s in our Everlane edit for this fall?
Did I mention cashmere already? Everlane’s cashmere selection is one of the best in the biz, with classics like this v-neck sweater in several neutrals. Their lantern sweater is a step up, with a slight balloon sleeve for added drama. If you’re turtleneck crazy like I am, I highly recommend their square turtleneck. I wear it with high-waisted jeans and my hair tucked in. Their ReCashmere sweater, which are made sustainably, has fantastic structure but stays cozy. Maybe my favorite this season? Their cashmere polos, which are equal parts preppy and modern.
But as we all know, there’s more to a closet than cashmere. Their organic cotton t-shirts launched them to fame, and it’s easy to see why. They have organic Henleys for lounging. And cotton turtlenecks that are perfect for layering as the temperatures drop. I bought three relaxed poplin shirts and have them on a regular rotation.
Their jeans became an instant hit when they dropped, in an array of flattering but still thoughtfully designed silhouettes. The 90s Cheeky jean is a favorite, with a straight fit cropped at the ankle similar to a cigarette pant. It comes in corduroy, too!Their Modern Flare is an updated bootcut just in time for fall. It’s not denim, but their Dream Pant has the tailored feel of a trouser, but the comfy feel of a sweatpant.
Last but not least, your feet. It’s finally boot season, and I love their version of a combat boot, which is more subtle and wearable. I recently got into Chelsea boots, probably because of this brown suede pair.
