As much as I love a pair of winter whites, there’s just something about white jeans after Easter that feels right. The days are getting brighter and so are our jeans! Below, we’re celebrating the kick off of white jean weather with our favorite pairs, at all different price points.
Olympia LaGayot is our header image for this story, and her all-white look will be inspiration throughout the season. I’m not sure the exact pair of J.Crew jeans she’s wearing, but we pulled quite a few great options from the classic American retailer. The classic straight jean seems to be the closest, and the demi-boot crop jean is an option for showing off your summer sandals. In fact, I’ve been loving the straight cut jean lately! I’m even reaching for it over my beloved wide leg. This COS column jean is a great option, too.
If you’re still all about a wide-leg, I totally get it. When the weather heats up, it’s nice to have a bit of a breezier option. I’ve been eyeing Madewell’s wide-leg cropped pair, which is still cut a little straighter than a sailor pant. Anthropologie’s denim colette is on the opposite end of the spectrum with cute front pocket details and a swinging silhouette.
Sometimes, I want my white jeans to feel like I’m walking on the beach even if I’m slogging through a city sidewalk. This is a casual pair that you don’t have to be precious about, like J.Crew’s essential wide-leg pair or AGOLDE’s cuffed jeans. I’m imagining them with beat up sneakers, a breezy linen shirt, and tons of fun summer colorful jewelry. You don’t have to spend a lot to get this look either, H&M’s baggy version clocks in under $50.
