The Sweatshirts You Can Dress Up Or Down

The sweatshirts we can wear to Netflix and chill or during a Zoom meeting.

The Sweatshirts You Can Dress Up Or Down

My sweats have been on heavy rotation lately. Even when I get dressed up in the morning before I sit down to work from home, by the time night rolls around I’m changing into something a little more comfortable to watch Netflix in. Sweatshirts can be dressed up or down, and always feel comfy. It’s enough to make dressing down feel fancy.

This sweatshirt from J.Crew is super comfy, but still feels fashion-y. I love it in the crisp white, but it’s just as good in one of the bright, fun other colors. This pale petal pink and baby blue are cool enough for right now but colorful enough for spring. This warm coral shade and sunny yellow reminds me of spring break in Florida.

Alex Mill, the brand started by a former J.Crew creative, has the same all-American classic appeal. This crewneck sweatshirt in a slate blue color is a favorite of mine. The easiest way to dress up sweats? Wearing matching bottoms. Monochromatic looks automatically elevate everything, even sweats! This blue Reformation sweatshirt has retro appeal with the button and sleeve detail. Michael Stars has always been known for stylish basics, and this lavender hoodie is a great example.

Anthropologie’s pale pink sweatshirt and matching pants are another set that I love. Even Eileen Fisher is getting in on it! The design icon has a pink sweatshirt we love to snuggle in. It’s a little on the pricier side, but this Carbon38 sweatshirt in a delicious buttery yellow. The Great’s slouchy, salmon colored sweatsuit is perfect for lounging around the house. It comes in a lake blue shade, too, if salmon isn’t your shade. Shopbop’s essentials line has the perfect version of your classic grey sweatshirt.

When most of us hear GLP-1, we immediately think o When most of us hear GLP-1, we immediately think of Ozempic, Wegovy, weight loss, and all the controversy surrounding these medications.
But what if weight loss is only part of the story?
There's growing research into what these drugs might mean for everything from heart health and inflammation to sleep apnea, addiction, and even Alzheimer's.
So are we looking at something that could fundamentally change how we approach health and aging? Or are we getting a little ahead of the science?
Today we're joined by Dr. Melanie Dewar to help us separate the facts from the hype and explore what these medications may—and may not—be able to do.
