ITG’s Favorites of 2024: The Best-Selling Pieces You Couldn’t Get Enough Of

ITG readers have really, really good taste.

ITG’s Favorites of 2024: The Best-Selling Pieces You Couldn’t Get Enough Of

It’s been a great year, and so much of that is because of you. In the spirit of looking back, I put tougher a list of the things you couldn’t get enough of. We promise these are all pieces you’ll still love and wear next year. Goodbye 2024, hello 2025!

It’s no surprise that the best-selling pieces are also the most basic. Or should we say not-so-basic basics? Classics with the perfect proportions that feel a little more special. Of course, there is the $50 Quince cashmere sweater. With the quality cashmere and lots of colors to choose from, it’s a reliable staple for all seasons. In a year full of lady jackets, the brand’s structured cashmere cardigan made the list too. On the heavier end of the sweater spectrum, Alex Mill’s sturdy fisherman’s Catskills sweater feels like something the lead of a 90s romcom would wear.

The kick flare pant was one of the biggest trends last year, so it’s no surprise that the Banana Republic Ponte flare pant was so popular. It’s a comfortable, flattering pant you can dress up or down easily and pair with practically anything. I feel the same about Frank and Eileen’s Blackrock pant, which is a slouchier chino that embodies the brand’s California cool.

It’s not all clothes, either! Emme Parsons shoes have been written about on every fashion girl’s Substack and gotten glowing Vogue reviews from starlets. I’m happy to report the hype is very real. I love the menswear-inspired Danielle loafer, which I’ve been wearing constantly with jeans.

DeMellier’s Vancouver bag in a pretty taupe was at the top our list. In a world of designer bags that skyrocket past the $1,000 mark, it’s refreshing to find a high-quality bag that punches above it’s price range. The clean lines and pretty gold hardware remind me of some Celine’s bags.

All of our recommendations are curated by Susan & the In The Groove editorial team. In some, but not all cases, we receive a small commission for leading you to what, how, and where to buy all this wonderful stuff.
