They’re a little bit nostalgic, a little bit futuristic, and all the way cool. And in the name of protecting your pretty face, don’t forget to throw on a hat. A straw bag in the summer is a classic style MVP, but I also think it looks really chic all the way through fall. This Janessa Leone bag comes with black leather strap details, too. It adds such a nice contrast to dark colors and cozy fabrics like cashmere. Imagine this tote sitting next to your favorite black leather boots – it looks good!
Speaking of transitional pieces, even though it’s only halfway through July, I’m already thinking about fall. If I’m buying something right now, I want to be able to wear it for longer than a few months! One thing I’ve been eyeing is a new belt, something timeless that feels like the finishing touch on an outfit. This brown Nili Lotan in a rich chocolate brown is perfect, especially with the oval gold buckle. A black Valentino belt with a pearl buckle fits in alongside shirt dresses now and black blazers at the holidays.
Finally, these Tory Burch pierced mule sandals are just really, really cool. The rich plum color, the gold hardware, the embossed leather. It’s the coolest flat shoe I’ve seen in ages.
