Frank and Eileen is known for their cult-favorite white shirts and casual California style, but I think their triple fleece fabric should be on that list too. If I’m traveling, I’m probably in one of my triple fleece sets from Frank and Eileen. Even if that travel is just a particularly long car ride! But F&E recently introduced new separate styles in their triple fleece, which means we can mix and match to our heart’s delight.
The Carmel travel set, a personal favorite of mine, is the best looking pair of sweats I’ve ever found. There are so many great details! The super flattering cut, raw hem, and the collared V neckline all add up to something special. I love a sweatshirt with a collar! There are a lot of color options, but here are a few of my favorites: white, black, and cappuccino.
One of my favorite of their new pieces? The Patrick, which is a popover henley. It reminds me of a vintage rugby, with a more flattering silhouette. The navy is a favorite. And of course, if we’re talking Frank and Eileen, we’re talking about shirts. The Eileen, the best-selling shirt they have, is a more relaxed fit. In the triple fleece, it’s the most relaxed of them all! I love a classic white shirt, but the blueberry and almond shades are a little more fun.
Time to talk sweatpants. I still love the more fitted look of a jogger, and the Eamon pant cinches at the waist and the ankles for cleaner lines. The Catherine has a slightly more formal look. With the cropped length and wide-leg cut, they remind me of a sailor pant. The softer navy is a great look for transitional weather.
