The Jewelry You Need For Extra Shine This Holiday Season

Embrace your inner maximalist with our holiday jewelry picks.

The Jewelry You Need For Extra Shine This Holiday Season

Diamonds are a girl’s best friend, but we think the phrase works just as well when we’re talking about jewelry. Sometimes, you just want a little bit of shine. That’s never truer than during the holidays, when it seems like the world itself is shimmering. It might be a fresh coat of snow, the shopping window displays at your favorite department store but why shouldn’t you get in on the fun?

Whether your fingers are weighed down by rings or your arm is having a bracelet party, we recommend leaning into the maximalist vibe and bring the Christmas cheer. Get into the holiday spirit, which in this case means being as extra as possible.

For us, we’ve been digging dramatic crystal chandelier earrings with our most casual ensembles. A matching sweatsuit for our morning coffee run? Throw on these crystal fringe earrings to put a little pep in your step. Why not throw these fringe statement earrings for a glass of wine at your friend’s?

The more bracelets, the better – and we’re starting our stacks with this mixed-metal cluster from Frances Valentine. If you’re feeling a little more solitary, as in you want one major bracelet moment, then this is the cuff for you.

Layering necklaces is always a good idea, and you can start with this pavé link chain. Or go for a different kind of glamour with this faux-tie crystal necklace that we’re wearing with jeans, a crewneck sweater, and our favorite boots.

Pearls are classic and feel especially relevant during the holidays, like this festive cluster ring that could be the prettiest bauble on anyone’s tree. Or maybe a turquoise ring if that’s more your style. Shop our favorite jewelry pieces and get your shine on:

All of our recommendations are curated by Susan & the In The Groove editorial team. In some, but not all cases, we receive a small commission for leading you to what, how and where to buy all this wonderful stuff.
