Instagram girls and designers alike seem to agree because it’s impossible to avoid the steady stream of luxurious headbands, bejeweled barrettes, and sleek metal accents nestled into every kind of hair. Luxury brands like Gucci and Chanel are selling out beautifully branded clips that capitalize on the logo-mania craze. You don’t have to shell out the big bucks for barrettes though. Online retailers like Pixie Market have a variety of under $20 options that are exaggerated and playful in a similar way to the big names.
If you’re into something a little more ladylike, then headbands are back with a vengeance. Slip on one in a silky pattern to bring an elegant finishing touch to any jeans and t-shirt. Even if you’re not interested in the Princess Cate-approved royal interpretation then, at the very least, it can help you hide a bad hair day.
